We all have personal responsibilities, and we understand that work-life balance is important. Our offering includes the ability to work on a 5-2/4-3* or a 4-3** schedule.
*5 days on, 2 days off; 4 days on, 3 days off.

I chose to work for the Canadian Malartic Partnership because it gives me a chance to contribute my skills to large-scale projects with a big team.
