For several years now, we’ve been pleased to provide free bus transportation to Mont-Vidéo for youth, in collaboration with Corporation Mont-Vidéo and the Malartic Optimists’ Club. On December 7, several of our team members donned their winter gear to raise funds during the Malartic Food Bank’s food drive, making it possible for numerous families in Malartic to receive a Christmas hamper.
The Communications and Community Relations team was THRILLED to take part in “Malartic ensorcelée”, a Town of Malartic initiative. To celebrate Halloween in a big way, we handed out candy to costumed individuals who stopped by our Community Relations Office on the evening of October 31.
We laced up our running shoes for the September 24 inaugural edition of the Malartic Half-marathon, presented by Agnico Eagle and also supported by the FECM. Runners stopped by our stand to quench their thirst with our branded sparkling waters.
We’ve been collecting returnable soft-drink cans at both our sites and donating them to Groupe Soleil de Malartic since early 2023, thanks to an initiative of our Infrastructure team. Groupe Soleil’s members benefit directly from the proceeds during their activities.
